微小核糖核酸在血吸虫病致病机制中的作用

The progress of micro RNA in schistosomiasis

摘要 血吸虫病致病机制复杂,免疫-炎症反应网络导致的肉芽肿和纤维化等病理变化可严重威胁人类健康。微小核糖核酸在血吸虫感染不同时期具有特殊的表达水平,提示其可能通过多种机制影响血吸虫病的病程发展或发病机制,在血吸虫病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。因此,本文将围绕微小核糖核酸在血吸虫病中的作用进行综述,为有效防治血吸虫病提供新的研究思路。 The pathogenic mechanism of schistosomiasis is very complicated, which is characterized by some pathological changes including inflammation, and immune response. The expression of microRNA (miRNA) is specific during different phases after being infected by schistosome, which would affect the worm development and pathogenesis of schistosomiasis. In this review, we have summarized the research progress of miRNA during the development of schistosomiasis in order to provide some novel research approach for the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis.
