Wnt信号通路及其调节因子与骨质疏松的关系

Wnt signaling pathway and its regulatory factors in osteoporosis

摘要 在骨发育过程中Wnt信号通路发挥着非常重要的作用,而DKK1是Wnt信号通路的重要抑制因子。本文就Wnt信号通路、DKK1及其拮抗剂在骨代谢中的作用及其对骨质疏松发生发展的影响等相关研究进展进行综述,为骨质疏松症的有效治疗提供理论依据。 Wnt signaling pathway plays an important.role in the process of bone growth. Nevertheless, DKK1 is a vital inhibitor in Wnt signaling pathway. In this review, we summarized recent correlative studies about the effect of Wnt signaling pathway and DKK 1 together with its antagonists on bone metabolism and osteoporosis to provide theoretical basis for effective treatment on osteoporosis.
