摘要
采用随机区组试验设计,开展不同基质对长蕊甜菜苗木生长的影响试验,对1a生长蕊甜菜苗木的地径、苗高、主根长、侧根数、根冠比进行调查。结果表明:不同基质对苗木的地径、苗高、主根长、侧根数、根冠比呈极显著影响,以50%森林土+50%火烧土的基质对苗木的生长最好,在生产实践中可大力推广运用。
Experiment to study the effect of different media on seedling growth of Melientha longistaminea was conducted using randomized block design to investigate diameter,height,main root length,lateral root number and root shoot ratio of one-year-old seedlings.The result showed that different media had significant effect on diameter,height,main root length,lateral root number and root shoot ratio.The medium of 50% forest soil＋50% burnt soil was best to seedling growth,indicating the practical importance.
