摘要 朝鲜崖柏是国家三级珍稀濒危保护植物,具有较高的观赏和经济价值。为了更好的保护和开发利用朝鲜崖柏,我们收集了三个产地的朝鲜崖柏种质资源,进行了产地间种子千粒重、播种出苗率、扦插成活率、苗期生长量等方面的比较研究,以期为保存濒危植物种质资源和开发利用优良种源工作提供科学依据。 Thuja koraiensis Nakai,a national endangered and protected species of third grade ranking,is of higher ornamental and economic value.For the purpose of better protection,development and taking advantage of it,this project collected germplasm resources of Thuja koraiensis Nakai from three different provenances.Weight of 1000-seeds,seedling emergence rate,the survival rate of cutting and seedling growth among different provenances were comparatively studied.
