快速城市化地区建设用地的空间特征与演变分析——以成都市为例

Research on the Spatial Characteristics and Evolution of Build-up Land Expansion in Quickly Urbanized Area:A Case Study of Chengdu City

定量分析建设用地扩展的空间特征及其驱动因素有助于更好地理解快速城市化地区城市发展的动力机制.以成都市各县域单元为研究对象,利用遥感(RS)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术计算了建设用地的空间自相关指数,采用相关分析确定了影响建设用地空间特征的社会经济因素.结果表明,成都市建设用地的扩展具有明显的空间差异性特征,建设用地空间自相关Moran’s I指数中心圈层<近郊圈层<远郊圈层,揭示了建设用地蔓延式发展的特点.研究区各县域单元的综合实力与建设用地的空间特征具有一定的相关关系,多元线性逐步回归分析结果表明,建设用地的扩展在很大程度上取决于经济发展水平和产业发展,各县域的主要影响因素因区位和时间的不同而有所不同.

Researching on the spatial feature and its evolution of build-up land expansion in the rapid urbanization contributes to a better understanding of the dynamic mechanism of urbanization. Supported by RS and GIS technology, the Moran＇ s I indexes of buildup land in Chengdu city of Sichuan province of China were calculated. Meanwhile, the spatial heterogeneity and its dynamic characteristics of build-up land expansion were analyzed. Then, the relationship between urban sprawl and socioeconomic power was discussed and the major causes were further confirmed as well. The results reveal the obvious spatial heterogeneity of build-up land expansion in Chengdu. The calculation of Moran＇ s I index is sorted as urban 〈 suburb 〈 exurb, which reflects the widespread sprawl of build-up land expansion in big city. The correlation analysis reveals the relevancy between the socioeconomic development and build-up land distribution. Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis shows that the spatial feature of build-up land in Chengdu is largely depended on the level of economic and industrial development. Furthermore, the major influence factors in each county are different due to the diversity of position and period.
