泪道探通术治疗新生儿鼻泪管阻塞651例临床分析

Clinical analysis of treating neonatal naso-lacrymal duct obstruction with lacrimal passage probing

目的 评价泪道探通术的疗效,总结手术技巧。方法 对651例（723眼）新生儿鼻泪管阻塞者,用泪道冲洗把泪囊积聚的脓性分必物冲洗干净后,行泪道探通术,探通后注入氧氟沙星凝胶。结果 649例（721眼）获治愈,经6月~2年随访,均无复发。结论 泪道探通术治疗新生儿鼻泪管阻塞效果好,安全可靠,掌握技巧后能快速完成手术,方便易行。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of lacrimal passage probing and summarize the operation skills. Methods 651 new born patients （ 723eyes ） who suffering from obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct were enrolled. Purulent secretion accumulated in the lacrimal sac was cleared by lacrimal passage flushing. Then, lacrimal passage was probed and injected the of ofloxaein gel. Results 649 cases （721 eyes） were cured. After 6 months to 2 years＇ follow-up, there is no relapse. Conclusion The effect of treating neonatal naso-lacrymal duct obstruction with lacrimal passage probing was good, safe and reliable. The operation was convenient and simple.
