摘要
郑州新郑国际机场T2航站楼与下穿城际铁路交叉区段有14条混凝土转换大梁,梁长54m,最大截面1 800mm×5 000mm。为满足施工进度和质量需要,介绍了一种高密度大直径钢筋整体吊装体系设计和施工方法,在已提升槽钢地梁面绑扎钢筋,下部留设箍筋安装空间,达到先绑扎主筋,后绑扎箍筋,最后再绑扎腰筋的目的,钢筋成型后通过联排手拉葫芦整体逐步下放就位。整个升降体系受力合理,简化施工工序,提高施工效率,钢筋定位质量高,混凝土成型美观,各项指标均满足规范要求。
There exist 14 concrete transfer beams at the cross section between the Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport terminal T2 and intercity railway, with the beam length of 54m and the maximum section of 1 800mm × 5 000mm. In order to meet the requirements of the schedule and construction quality, this paper introduces a kind of design and construction method about monolithic hoisting system of high density and large diameter steel bars. The new method is assembling steel bars on the top of lifted channel-steel grade beams, indwelling the stirrups installation space at the bottom to achieve the purpose of assembling the main steel bars first, and assembling stirrups latter and setting web steel bars finally, and putting down the monolithic reinforcement system by chain hoist as it takes shape progressively. The lifting system simplifies construction progress, improves construction efficiency with rational internal forces with good position quality of steel bars and artistic shaped concrete, and each index meets the requirements of specification.
