浦东新区区域卫生信息平台的建设现状与思考

Current Situation and Thinking about the Construction of Regional Health Information Platform of Pudong New Area

进入"十二五"以来,浦东新区根据国家卫生信息化建设的要求和新区"智慧浦东"战略的总体部署,建设了基于健康档案的区域卫生信息平台。区域平台的建设实现了卫生信息共享和卫生资源整合,同时基于平台开发的应用功能方便了居民就诊和卫生服务供给,有效支撑了新区医疗卫生事业改革与可持续发展。主要介绍了浦东新区区域卫生信息平台的建设思路、平台应用的建设现状以及取得的成效。

According to strategy of national information construction and intelligent city, Pudong district built the regional health information platform which is based on the health file during 2010 to 2015. The construction of regional health information platform contributes to sharing health information and integration of health resource. Also, the construction of regional health information platform is convenient for residents to take health care, and have a great contribution to the sustainable development and reform of healthcare industry. This essay introduced the framework, latest situation and the efficiency of regional health information platform in PuDong.
