目的:利用自助打印系统,改变传统胶片报告发放模式,解决影像科取片难等问题。方法:借助医院信息化平台,将自助打印系统与PACS/HIS系统进行集成关联,使胶片排版、报告书写由医生统一完成,患者通过自助打印机自助领取胶片与诊断报告。结果:在近半年的使用中,自助打印系统能够与PACS/HIS系统很好关联,完全满足大型信息化医院的要求,解决了患者取片难问题,避免了胶片与报告错发、误发等医疗纠纷的发生,并规范影像胶片的排版,达到报告内容与胶片影像相统一。结论:自助打印系统与PACS/HIS系统的关联,与传统的胶片报告发放模式相比,明显方便和加快了患者的就诊流程,减少错误及医疗纠纷的发生。彻底改变了以往的影像科就诊模式,完全适应大型信息化医院的需要,是将来辅诊检查科室的发展趋势。

Objective： To use the self-service printing system to change the issuing mode of the traditional film reports, and solve the difficult film taking of Imaging Department and other problems. Method： With the help of hospital informatization platform, the self- service printing system and PACS/HIS system are integrated and connected, so that the film setting and report writing are completed by doctor uniformly. The patient gets the film and diagnosis report through the self-service printer. Results： In the use in the past half a year, the self-service printing system can be connected to the PACS/HIS system well, which fully meets the requirements of large informatization hospitals, solves the problem of difficult film taking of patients, avoids the wrong issuance of film and report and other medical disputes, and standardizes the typesetting of imaging film, so that the report content is consistent with the film images. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional issuance of film report, the connection of the self-service printing system to the PACS/ HIS system obviously facilitates and speeds up the medical process of patients and reduces errors and medical disputes. It completely changes the previous treatment model of the imaging department and fully meets the needs of the large informatization hospitals. It is the development trend for the auxiliary examination department in the future.
