摘要
通过分析目前医院化疗流程的现状,结合信息化技术进行流程再造,在新建设的日间化疗中心实现新流程,实现化疗患者无需带药、分时段报到和无纸化电子预约,为院内化疗患者提供更加优质的服务和化疗安全管理。
By analyzing the present situation of the hospital chemotherapy process, combined with the information technology, the process is reengineered. The new process is implemented in the newly constructed daytime chemotherapy center. No need to take medicine of the chemotherapy patients, time-phased registration and paperless electronic booking are realized. It provides more high- quality services and chemotherapy safety management to the chemotherapy patients in the hospital.
