The Dynamic Management of Nursing Risk Assessment System Applied to Clinical Practice

目的:建立住院患者护理风险评估系统,对护理风险进行及时评估,减少护理风险缺陷事件的发生。方法:在医院护理综合信息系统的基础上,丰富了护理查体的内容,并新增5个护理风险评估量表,在患者住院期间定期进行评估,对潜在的护理风险问题及时采取措施,护理部定期实施动态干预和管理。结果:通过建立护理风险评估系统,对住院患者动态进行评估,并根据不同护理风险等级进行护理干预及动态管理,减少了护理不良事件的发生。结论:护理风险评估系统的建立在提高护理工作效率的同时,大大降低了护理纠纷的发生率,提高了护理质量。

Objective： To establish the hospital patient care risk assessment system, timely assess the nursing risks and reduce the nursing risk events. Methods： On the basis of the comprehensive information system of hospital nursing, the content of the nursing and physical examination is added, and five nursing risk assessment scales are added for the assessment on a regular basis when the patients are in hospital. Measures are taken timely for the potential nursing risks. The Nursing Department implements the dynamic intervention and management on a regular basis. Results： Through the establishment of nursing risk assessment system, hospitalized patient are evaluated dynamically, and nursing intervention and dynamic management are implemented according to different nursing risk grade, which reduces the occurrence of adverse events of nursing. Conclusion： The establishment of nursing risk assessment system improves the efficiency of nursing work, greatly reduces the incidence of nursing disputes, and improves the nursing quality.
