摘要
结合电力系统生产特性,深入分析了用户的边际用电成本.按负荷率对同一电压等级用户划分用户类别,以边际用电成本分摊系统供电成本责任,综合会计成本定价方法,构建了一种混合的两部制销售电价定价法,该方法反映了不同用电负荷特性的用户的供电成本差异,同时可满足财务平衡需求.最后,通过算例验证了该定价方法的合理性.
An in-depth analysis of the marginal users' cost combined with production characteristics of power system is conducted and the users of the same voltage grade is classified by load factor, then the cost of the system using the marginal costing is shared. In the same way, a hybrid electricity pricing method combined with the accounting cost pricing method is built, which could reflect the different cost between users of different load characteristics and simultaneously meet the need of financial balance. Finally, examples demonstrate the rationality of the pricing method.
