摘要
采用降铬提锰,适量添加铌、钼的成分设计,亚温淬火工艺,研制开发了以NM500为代表的工程机械用高强度耐磨钢,该产品生产成本低、周期短,且具有良好的强度、硬度、低温韧性及耐磨性。
High - strength and wear - resistant steel plate for construction machinery represented by NM500 is developed by reducing Cr and increasing Mn and adding appropriate microalloying elements like Nb and Mo, and adopting subcritical quench process. The product has the features of low cost , short production cycle, great strength, hardness, low temperature toughness and wear resistance.
