摘要 使用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜分析,A,C类夹杂物高是造成Q235B钢板冷弯、延伸率性能不合格的主要原因。通过实施废钢精料、铁水预处理脱硫、转炉终点命中率的提高、炉后合金化的到位、软吹时间的确保、板坯全保护及稳态低过热度浇注等措施,解决了Q235B钢板材冷弯裂纹及延伸率低的问题。 The unqualified part of steel plate grade Q235B are observed and analyzed by means of metallographic microscope, electron microscope. The results show that class A and C inclusions are the main factors for bending crack and unqualified elongation. By taking measurements such as add fine scrap, pretreatment of hot metal, increase the terminal hit ratio of converter steelmaking, normative alloying operation, ensure the soft blow time, full protection teeming and smooth low superheat casting, the problem is solved.
