摘要
通过分析化学成分,观察其宏观裂口以及金相组织,分析锅炉水冷壁管爆裂的原因,结果表明:锅炉水冷壁管爆裂是锅炉运行控制失常、水冷壁管内循环不良使管壁短时超温所造成的。
The reason of boiler water wall tube burst is analyzed through the analysis on chemical composition, observing the macroscopic and metallographic structure at crack point. The results show that the water wall tube burst is caused by disorder boiler control, short -term overtemperature tube wall due to bad circulation.
