摘要
萍乡萍钢安源钢铁有限公司16 500 Nm3/h制氧机组配置了2台高压水泵,一开一备,原设计为现场PLC自动控制,由于受生产、设备运行条件变化的影响,改为了DCS系统控制,取得了较好的效果。
16 500 Nm3/h oxygenerator unit in Pingxiang Anyuan iron and Steel Co. Ltd. is equipped with two sets of high - pressure water pump one for opreation, another one for spare. The orignal PLC automatic control is replaced by DCS control system due to the chance of production, equipment operation condition and great effect are achieved, this paper mainly introduces the pump control scheme implemented on DCS.
