摘要
针对传统评价系统风险大小的弊端,文章提出运用DEMATEL法对制造型质量链失效模式的风险进行评价,建立起制造型质量链的风险评价模型,以确定不同失效模式的风险指数大小,提出基于风险的失效模式防范比基于危害度的失效模式防范更符合企业实际运营,并进行应用验证。
Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional risk evaluation system, this paper puts forward applying the DEMATEL method to evaluate the risk of failure mode for manufacturing quality chain, and establishes a risk evaluation model of manufacturing quality chain to identify the risk index of different failure modes. This thesis also proposes the prevention of failure mode based on risk is more in line with the actual operation of enterprise than the failure mode based on hazard degree,which is applied and verified.
