贵州经济开发区建设发展对人才需求的战略分析

随着贵州不断改革开放,加大开发区招商引资力度,将生态环境保护和产业发展相结合,积极发展大数据等新兴产业,所以人才是实现贵州经济发展的基础和关键。本文基于贵州经济开发区的建设发展的实际情况,并结合开发区人才需求的抽样调查,分析目前开发区的人才现状、主要问题、需求预测,并提出可行的建议和措施,使其有效地"引才、聚才、用才、育才",为开发区的经济建设提供有力保障。

With the constant reform and opening up in Guizhou, and the intensified investment promotion and capital introduction of the development zone, it is necessary to combine ecological environment protection and industrial development, and actively develop emerging industries, such as large data, so talent is the basis and key of economic development in Guizhou. Based on the actual situation of the construction and development of guizhou economic development zone, combined with the development demand of sampling investigation, this paper analyzes the present status, main problems and demand forecasting of the development zone, and puts forward feasible suggestions and measures to make it effectively ＂attracting talents, gathering talents, using talents and cultivating talents＂, to provide powerful guarantee for the development of economic construction.
