Cadre management is an important part of the modern enterprise management. In the new situation, the enterprise cadre management must be combined with social development and enterprise requirements, to set up correct concept, develop cadres team, and play well the role of the cadres to promote enterprise development. This paper first analyzes the status of cadre management, and then puts forward the corresponding solutions, and then expounds its development direction.
