ERP系统在企业的实施过程实质上是管理思想和管理流程进行转型和优化的过程。在模具企业,由于是离散型单件订单生产,因此ERP系统的基层管理数据尤为重要。它的基层管理数据的准确性、及时性、效率性深刻影响着企业全局的管理和决策。本文重点对基层管理数据的规范分类、业务流程、内部控制、日常行为等方面进行了梳理、整合和优化设计的研究。

The implementation process of ERP system in the enterprise is essentially the transformation and optimization process of the management ideas and management processes. For mold enterprise, because it is discrete single order production, the grass roots data management data of the ERP system is particularly important. The accuracy, timeliness, efficiency of the grass roots management data has profound effect on the global management and decision-making. This paper mainly studies the specification classification, business process, internal control and daily behavior of grass roots management data.
