摘要 以常温清水为工作介质,在叶轮基本尺寸设计转速相同的情况下,采用FLUENT6.1软件通过数值计算方法,研究了叶片安放角按先缓后急、均匀和先急后缓等4种规律变化对离心泵外特性的影响,提出了叶片安放角加速度的概念。结论表明:随着叶片安放角由先缓后急向先急后缓的趋势变化,扬程降低;小流量时,效率逐渐增大,大流量时,效率逐渐下降。设计工况下,叶轮A的效率比叶轮C的效率约低2%。 In the condition of taking normal temperature water as working medium and the basic dimensions and design speed of the gear are same, FLUENT6.1 software and numerical calculation method are used to study the influence of centrifugal pump external characteristics by leaf blade settling angle in accordance with four kinds of rule changes of slow first, uniform and hurry first and another method to put forward the accelerating concept of leaf blade settling angle. Results indicate that: With the trend changes of leaf blade settling angle form slow first to hurry first, the head of delivery is increase; efficiency gradually increases by small flow rate, efficiency gradually declines by heavy flow rat. In the design conditions, the efficiency of impeller A is about 2% lower than that of impeller C.
