摘要
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,混凝土强度的检测技术也发生了转变,由以前的预留试块进行抗压强度试验检测逐步向无损检测技术过渡。在分析目前常用的几种检测方法中,通过试验,利用回弹值与声速值推测出混凝土的抗压强度,与实际抗压试验所得到的抗压强度进行对比,得出超声回弹综合法在检测混凝土强度中应注意的问题,特别是不同龄期混凝土试块对超声回弹值测量结果所产生的影响。为今后的工程应用和科研实践提供参考依据,并对无损检测技术在建筑工程中的应用进行了展望。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the concrete strength detection technology has also undergone a transformation, gradually from the reserved block for strength test detection to non-destructive testing techniques. In the analysis of several detection methods currently used, through the test, the rebound value and velocity value are used to detect concrete compressive strength. Compared with the compressive strength obtained in actual compression test, the problems should pay attention to in the detection of concrete strength with ultrasonic rebound method are obtained, especially the impact of different age concrete block on the measurement results with ultrasonic rebound method, to provide reference for future engineering applications and research practices. The application of non-destructive testing techniques in the construction project in the future is forecasted.
