以提升通用管理能力为目标的《管理学》教学改革研究

Research on Teaching Reform of Management Science to Improve the General Management Performance

通用管理能力是一切管理者应当共同具备的、最重要的、最基本的能力和才干,是指不同管理职业群体中体现出来的,具有共性的管理技能和管理知识要求。在培养经管类本科学生通用管理能力时,首先需要正确概括和划分通用管理能力的基本内容;然后构建起相应的提升教育模式。本文以经管专业基础课程《管理学》为例,基于提升经管类学生通用管理能力的教学目标,探讨了《管理学》应进行的包括课程定位、课程目标、课程内容等在内的教学改革措施。

General Management Performance is the common, most important and basic skill and competence of all managers and refers to the common management skills and knowledge management requirements reflected by different management occupational groups, When training the General Management Performance of economics and management undergraduates, it should first correctly summarize and divide the basic content of General Management Performance then build the appropriate model to improve education. In this paper, with the example of Management Scienee which is the basic course of economics and management specialty, based on the teaching goal of enhancing General Management Performance of students, the teaching reform measures, including curriculum orientation, curriculum objectives and curriculum content, are discussed.
