我国生育保险制度与女性人才就业问题的研究

Research on Maternity Insurance System and the Employment Issues of Female Talent

本文首先对我国的生育保险制度以及女性人才在就业中遇到的主要问题进行简单介绍,接着主要对我国的生育保险制度中存在的问题进行分析,最后提出相应的策略解决生育保险制度上的问题来促进女性人才的就业问题。

This article firstly made a brief introduction on the maternity insurance system in China and the main employment issues of female talent, then analyzed the problems in maternity insurance system, and finally proposed appropriate strategies to solve the institutional problems of maternity insurance system to facilitate employment of female talents.
