论大学生心理健康教育

On Psychological Health Education of Undergraduate

从“3个面向”的广袤时空和提高综合国力的高度，围绕人才竞争、人才培养、心理科学发展的3个制高点及高校目前的现状，论述了开展大学生心理健康教育的重要性和必要性。心理变量的复杂性，要求应该遵循正确的指导思想和方法论原则。从开展实际工作的操作层面上，提出尽快确立地位、设置机构、建设队伍、组织实施等问题，以期心理健康教育在育人和人才资源的开发方面发挥应有的作用。

This paper expounded the importance and necessity of carrying out psychological health education for undergaduates from following aspects: the categories of 'three orientaion'; the improvement of comprehensive national power; three dominating points in personnel compeition, training and psychogical development;and present state of universities.The complexity of psychological variation requests to follow proper guidance and methods. In order to take the advanage of psychological health education in teaching and exploiting personnel resources, its establishment of status,framework and staff should be put into pracice as soon as possible.
