命题研究:非专业地理教师成长的有效途径

摘要 非专业地理教师的专业成长是事关基础教育地理教师队伍建设的重要问题。新课改以来,关于促进地理教师专业成长的相关研究有很多,但对非专业地理教师这一群体的专业成长问题关注却较少。本文从地理学科专业知识建构、地理考试评价知识掌握、地理教学研究能力提高、地理教育理念更新四个方面,探讨了命题研究对于非专业地理教师专业成长的独特意义。
