Investigation and Analysis on Humanistic Qualification of 1990 medical undergraduates

对省内5所医学院校1990名学生进行了人文素养的问卷调查，发现医学生普遍关注人文素养教育，具有坚定的政治信仰、较高的道德水准和科学素养；直觉判断较为准确，创新能力尚显不足。应重视挖掘人文素养教育资源；丰富校园文化的形式与内涵；提高专业教师的综合素质；强化人文素养教育的内化功能。

The humanistic qualification of 1990 students was investisatd in five colleges and whversities of Jiangsu, the question naire found that: (1) Medical students generally paid close attention to humanistic qualification education.(2)They had a firm political conviction, higher moral standard and scientific attaiment.(3) Their intuitive judgement was accurate,but creative ability was not enough.Therefore,(1) the resource of humanistic qualification education shoule be taped. (2) The form and connotation of campus cultare should be various.(3) The comprehensive qualification of teachers should be improved. (4) The internalization function of humanistic qualification education should be enhanced.
