摘要
职业道德建设是辅导员职业化、专业化发展的重要内容,是辅导员自我发展的内部诉求,是学生全面发展的外部需求。辅导员职业角色的二元化、辅导员职业领域的复杂化、辅导员职业关系的多样化给辅导员职业道德规范建设提出新要求。辅导员职业道德规范建设要在明确辅导员职业定位的基础上,兼顾教师与管理者双重身份,协调好与学校、学生、家长的多种关系。
Professional ethics construction is an important part of college advisors" professionalization and specialization. It is required by both the internal demands of advisors" self--development and the external demands of students" all--round development. Construction of professional code of ethics for college advisors must meet the new demands presented by the duality of advisors" professional role, the complication of their career field and the diversity of their professional relationships. Advisors must pinpoint their career anchor, give consideration to their dual identity as both teachers and admin- istrators and harmonize their relationships with the school, with students and with parents.
