摘要 影响大学生学业提升的因素有校园文化氛围、教师教风、个人自律能力、学习动力、创新意识、合作进取以及家庭环境影响等。以学院和书院为主导提高学生的学业质量,应在全社会营造良好氛围下,以班主任跟踪性学业辅导、本科生科研创新、学生科技社团、书院心理辅导以及书院学业规划中提高学生的学业质量。 Factors influencing university students" academic performance include the cultural atmosphere on campus, teachers' style, family environment and students' self discipline, learning motiva- tion, consciousness of innovation, cooperation and enterprising spirit. To improve students academic performance under the dual college--academy system, efforts must be made to create a favorable so- cial environment. The class teacher should track students" performance and offer advice. Scientific re- search and innovation should be encouraged among undergraduates. Science and technology societies on campus, and psychological counseling and academic planning provided by the academy all have a role to play in improving students' academic quality.
