摘要
金山店铁矿主要采用管缝锚杆和螺纹钢锚杆进行巷道支护,但是这两种锚杆具有易腐蚀的局限性,该局限性通常会造成锚杆失效,容易造成安全隐患。为克服该局限性,金山店铁矿计划采用玻璃钢锚杆代替管缝锚杆和螺纹钢锚杆,该锚杆具有高强、轻质和耐腐蚀的优点。通过采用Phase2软件对金山店铁矿管缝锚杆、螺纹钢锚杆和玻璃钢锚杆巷道支护效果进行数值模拟研究,对比分析了这三种锚杆支护下的岩体强度系数和巷道变形位移。研究结果表明玻璃钢锚杆略优于管缝锚杆和螺纹钢锚杆,证明玻璃钢锚杆在金山店铁矿的应用具有可行性。
Slot-tube anchor bar and whorl-steel bolt are mainly used for roadway supporting in Jinshandian Iron Mine, which may cause holt support failure and safety problems. In order to overcome the limitation, GFRP bolt is proposed to replace slot-tube anchor bar and whorl-steel bolt, which is with advantages of high strength, light weight and Phase 2 was used to numerical simulate the three bolts tunnel supporting in Jinshandian Iron Mine. Rock strength factor and tunnel displacement were analyzed under the supporting of the three bolts. The research result showed that GFRP bolt was slightly better than slot-tube anchor bar and whorl-steel bolt, which proved that GFRP bolt is available in Jinshandian iron mine.
