摘要 为了解决深部软岩巷道巷帮变形大、扩帮后需补打锚杆的问题,在赵固二矿1105工作面回风巷两帮进行了围岩破坏规律研究,结果表明,煤壁、煤柱帮的深部裂隙扩展区范围可达3.3 m,巷帮破坏深度较大,常规锚杆长度小,锚固段不能锚固到深部稳定的区域,难以有效支护巷帮。通过对长锚杆结构、力学性能及优越性分析,认为长锚杆更能有效控制深部软岩巷帮变形,据此,提出了巷帮长锚杆支护技术。在赵固二矿1105工作面回风巷的现场应用也表明,巷帮采用长锚杆支护技术后,两帮移近量较小,达到40~70 mm后即趋于稳定,长锚杆锚固力最终稳定在140~150 k N,支护效果良好。 In order to solve large deformation of deep and soft roadway sides and rock bolt supplement problem, failure law of surrounding rock study was conducted in No. 2 Mine of Zhaogu Mine 1105 working face air return roadway, the result showed that coal wall and coal pillar deep fissure extension area could extend to 3.3 m, with large roadway sides damage depth and small normal bolt length, without the ability to reach deep and stable area, with poor support to roadway sides. Through the analysis of long anchor structure, mechanical properties and advantages, long anchor bolt could effectively control the deep and soft rock roadway sides deformation, the roadway sides long anchor bolt support technology was put forward. The field application showed that the technology ends with good result, with small convergence of two sides, when achieved 40-70 mm then became stable, long bolt anchoring force stabilized in 140-150 kN, with good support effect.
