摘要
针对煤层自燃火灾防治中存在的黄泥灌溉堵漏效果差、水泥砂浆难以回收、凝胶堵漏材料强度低、有效期短等问题,结合粉煤灰凝胶强度高、耐高温、有效期长的特点,对粉煤灰凝胶防灭火技术的工作机理和技术特点进行了具体分析,详细说明了该技术在煤矿应用中的注浆工艺流程和操作步骤。结果表明,该技术具有较好的固结水性能、降温性能、堵漏性能和较好的适应性等,避免了以往注胶防灭火技术的胶体强度不足、耐高温性能和有效期有限的缺点,可以较好解决灌浆注水泄漏、流失的问题,有效防治煤矿自燃火灾。
Based on problems of the poor effect of yellow mud Irrigation plugging, hard recycling of cement piaster, poor strength and short useful life of gel plugging material in coal seam spontaneous combustion fire prevention, combined with high strength, high temperature resistance, long useful life of coal ash gel, its working principle and technical characteristics were analyzed, the technology process and operation steps were give. The result showed that the technology with good consolidation performance of water, cooling and plugging performance, avoided disadvantages of poor strength, high temperature resistance and short useful life of previous gel injection fire prevention, the technology could solve the water leakage problem in gel injection and avoid spontaneous fire in mine effectively.
