摘要
锗是煤中宝贵的稀散元素之一,是典型的分散元素。半导体锗是电子工业的主要原料,测定煤中锗对调查和利用锗的资源具有重要的经济意义。探讨了对煤灰化过程中影响锗挥发的因素,即升温速度、通风状况、煤量和煤层厚度等,选取了较适宜的悬浮剂阿拉伯树胶,确定的显色时间为1 h。并分析了混合酸的作用。
Germanium is one of the precious scattered elements in coal, also it is a typical dispersed element. Semiconductor germanium is the main raw material of the electronic industry. The determination of germanium in coal has important economic significance on the investigation and utilization of germanium resources. Factors that effect volatdization of germanium in coal in the process of ashing are discussed, which are average ramp up rate, ventilation conditions, coal quantity, thickness of coal seam and so on. Appropriate suspending agent gum Arabic is adopted, obtained color reaction time is 1 h. And the function of mixed acid is analyzed.
