游泳与跑步运动对青春期少女骨密度的影响

摘要 背景:规律性体育锻炼能影响骨密度,还能有效预防骨质疏松的发生。目的:了解游泳与跑步运动对青春期少女骨密度的影响。方法:将10-12岁的青春期女性普通学生(n=38)、跑步运动员(n=28)和游泳运动员(n=50)应用双能X射线骨密度测量仪测量骨密度。结果与结论:游泳运动员上肢骨密度比普通学生和跑步运动员高,跑步运动员下肢骨密度比游泳运动员和普通学生,普通学生、跑步运动员和游泳运动员其他部位骨密度差异无显著性意义。说明游泳与跑步运动能够对青春期少女的局部骨密度产生影响,建议应在此时期进行有规律的体育锻炼。
