血清同型半胱氨酸、光抑素C水平与2型糖尿病大血管并发症的关系研究 被引量:2

Correlations of serum Hcy, Cys C levels and type 2 diabetic macrovascular complications and its clinical sig- nificance

摘要 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和光抑素 C(Cys C)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)大血管并发症的的关系及临床意义。方法采用免疫比浊法测定量检测80例 T2DM大血管并发症患者(大血管病组)、80例无大血管并发症的 T2DM患者(无大血管病组)血清 Hcy 和 Cys C 浓度,并以80例健康人作为对照组。结果T2DM大血管病组 Hcy 和 Cys C 浓度分别为(26.42±5.75)μmol/L、(2.30±0.40)μmol/L,均高于无大血管病组的(15.31±3.13)μmol/L、(1.51±0.27)μmol/L(t =15.17、14.64,均 P <0.05)和对照组的(8.86±1.62)μmol/L、(0.85±0.14)μmol/L(t =26.29、30.56,均 P <0.05),无大血管病组血清 Hcy 和 Cys C 浓度高于对照组(t =16.37、19.36,均 P <0.05);大血管病组有颈动脉增厚组 Hcy 和 Cys C 浓度分别为(32.53±6.46)μmol/L、(2.83±0.52)μmol/L,均高于无颈动脉增厚组的(18.46±3.63)μmol/L、(1.65±0.30)μmol/L (t =11.64、12.06,均 P <0.05)相关分析显示,血清 Hcy 和 Cys C 水平呈正相关(r =0.617,P <0.05)。结论Hcy 和 Cys C 可能与 T2DM大血管并发症发生发展有关,可作为监测及诊断 T2DM大血管病变有价值的参考指标,可能是 T2DM患者的重要独立危险因素之一。 Objective To explore the relation between serum Hcy,Cys C levels and type2 diabetic macro-vascular complications and its clinical significance.Methods The serum levels of Hcy and Cys C were measured with immunoturbidimetry in 80 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications and 80 cases of type 2 diabetes without macrovascular complications,and in 80 healthy subjects which was seleted as control.Results Serum levels of Hcy and Cys C of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular complications were (26.42 ± 5.75)μmol/L and (2.30 ±0.40)μmol/L,which were higher than those of patients without macrovascular complica-tions for (15.31 ±3.13)μmol/L and (1.51 ±0.27)μmol/L(t =15.17,14.64,all P 〈0.05);Moreover,which were also higher than those in the healthy control group for (8.86 ±1.62)μmol/L and (0.85 ±0.14)μmol/L(t =26.29, 30.56,all P 〈0.05).The serum levels of Hcy and Cys C of type 2 diabetic patients with carotid arteries increased were (32.53 ±6.46)μmol/L and (2.83 ±0.52)μmol/L,which were higher than those of patients without carotid arteries for (18.46 ±3.63)μmol/L and (1.65 ±0.30)μmol/L(t =11.64,12.06,all P 〈0.05).In patients of type 2 diabetic with macrovascular complications,Hcy was positively correlated with serum Cys C(r =0.617,P 〈0.05). Conclusion sCD40L and YKL -40 may have important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetic patients with ma-crovascular complications,which can be used as a valuable reference target in the diagnosis and monitoring of vascular complications in elderly type 2 diabetes,and it may be one of the important independent risk factors of patients with type 2 diabetes.
