Application of SAT technology in the detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis nulcleic acid in patients with urogenital tract infection

摘要 目的通过检测和分析杭州地区泌尿生殖道感染患者解脲脲原体(UU)和沙眼衣原体(CT)的感染情况,为临床诊断与治疗提供基础数据。方法通过一种新的实时荧光核酸恒温扩增技术,检测杭州地区1 454例泌尿生殖道感染患者的分泌物拭子UU-RNA和CT-RNA。结果 1 454例泌尿生殖道感染患者中,UU阳性率为50.55%,CT阳性率为5.91%,UU阳性率显著高于CT(P<0.01);其中女性阳性率分别为63.86%、7.27%,男性阳性率分别为30.14%、3.83%,女性阳性率显著高于男性(P<0.01);UU+CT混合阳性率为3.99%,女性阳性率为5.80%,男性阳性率为1.22%,女性阳性率显著高于男性(P<0.01);在CT阳性患者中,UU、CT混合阳性率占67.44%。结论在泌尿生殖道感染患者中,UU感染率显著高于CT,女性感染率高于男性,其中CT以伴随UU复合感染常见。 Objective In order to provide basic data for the clinical diagnosis and treatment,to detect and analyze the infection status of Ureaplasma urealyticum( UU) and Chlamydia trachomatis( CT) in patients with urogenital tract infection in Hangzhou area. Methods The UU- RNA and CT- RNA of 1 454 secretions swabs from patients with urogenital tract infection in Hangzhou were detected by real- time fluorescent nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology. Results Out of the 1 454 cases of patients with urogenital tract infection,the positive rate of UU was 50. 55%,the positive rate of CT was 5. 91%,the positive rate of UU was significantly higher than that of CT( P〈0. 01),of which the positive rate of female were 63. 86%,7. 27%,and the positive rate of males were 30. 14%,3. 83%,so the positive rate of female was significantly higher than that of male( P〈0. 01). The UU + CT positive rate was 3. 99%,the positive rate of female was 5. 80%,and the positive rate of male was1. 22%,so the positive rate of female was significantly higher than that of male( P〈0. 01). In CT positive patients,UU + CT mixed positive rate was 67. 44%. Conclusion In the urogenital tract infection patients,the infection rate of UU was significantly higher than that of CT,and the infection rate of female is higher than that of male. CT infection mostly accompanies by UU.
