摘要
目的了解动车快餐盒饭金黄色葡萄球菌污染情况,杜绝动车上由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食源性疾病的发生。方法对北京铁路局动车配餐基地所生产的动车快餐盒饭,按现行有效标准方法进行金黄色葡萄球菌监测。结果2011年-2013年共监测动车快餐盒饭379份,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为6.6%。其中2011年检出率最高,为28.1%,而2013年检出率最低,所有监测样品中均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌(P<0.001);第三季度铁路动车快餐盒饭金黄色葡萄球菌检出率最高,为9.5%,其次是第二季度,检出率为6.7%(P<0.05)。结论动车快餐盒饭金黄色葡萄球菌污染情况逐年好转,但仍需进一步加强监督监测管理工作,将快餐盒饭食品安全风险降至最低。
Objective To investigate the Staphylococcus aureu contamination status of fast food lunch on electric multiple unit( EMU) trains,so as to prevent the happening of food- borne disease on the EMU trains,which caused by Staphylococcus aureu. Methods Fast food lunch on EMU trains,which were produced by the catering base of Beijing Railway Bureau,were detected for Staphylococcus aureus with the correct valid standard. Results From 2011 to 2013,a total of 379 fast food lunch were monitored,and the detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus was 6. 6%. The highest detection rate was in 2011,which was28. 1%,and the lowest detection rate in 2013,Staphylococcus aureus were not detected in all the monitoring samples( P 〈0. 001); in the third quarter,the detection rate of Staphylococcus aureus in fast food lunch on the EMU trains was the highest,accounting for 9. 5%,followed by the second quarter and the detection rate was 6. 7%( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The contamination status of fast food lunch on EMU trains gradually improved each year,but still need to further strengthen the supervision and monitoring of management,so as to minimize food safety risks of the fast food lunch.
