摘要
先天性心血管病是最常见的婴幼儿出生缺陷之一,是围产儿和儿童死亡的主要原因。近年先天性心血管病病因学及流行病学的研究方面取得很大进展,先天性心血管病不是单一因素作用或简单相加的结果,目前认为是遗传因素、环境因素及父母亲方面的因素综合作用的结果。弄清先天性心血管病的病因及各地区发病情况,有针对性地调查研究并进行预防措施,有助于降低先天性心血管病的发病率。本文主要对近年来先天性心血管病各病因的研究进展及流行病学调查情况进行综述。
Congenital cardiovascular disease is one of the most common birth defects in infants,and one of the main reasons perinatal and child mortality. In recent years,research has made great progress in etiology and epidemiology of congenital cardiovascular disease. It′s not a single factor or results of simple addition that result in Congenital cardiovascular disease. Nowadays genetic factors,environmental factors and parental respect considered to be the main cause. Clarify the etiology of congenital cardiovascular disease and regionatl incidence,targeted research and preventive measures to help reduce the incidence of congenital cardiovascular disease. This paper is a review of the research progress on various causes and epidemiological investigations of congenital cardiovascular disease in recent years.
