间苯三酚用于超声晶氧通液术的临床观察

Phloroglucinol for ultrasonic liquid crystal oxygen through surgery clinical observation

目的探讨间苯三酚用于超声晶氧通液术的效果。方法将2013年1月~2014年10月来我院门诊要求行超声晶氧通液术的100例,随机分为两组,研究组53例和对照组47例,研究组在术前10min肌肉注射间苯三酚40mg,对照组在术前10min肌注阿托品0.5mg。观察两组患者的镇痛效果、手术时间,受检查者心率及不适情况,所得结果经统计学处理分析。结果超声晶氧通液术前应用间苯三酚较对照组手术时间缩短约3.5min,镇痛效果明显,镇痛有效率达86%,无出现人工流产综合征。结论超声晶氧通液术前应用间苯三酚能缩短手术时间、减轻下腹痛、安全、有效。

Objective：To study the phloroglucinol for the effect of ultrasonic liquid crystal oxygen through surgery.Methods：from January 2013 to October 2014 to our hospital outpatient service request line ultrasonic liquid crystal oxygen flux of 100 cases,randomly divided into two groups,group 53 cases and control group in 47 cases,the team in preoperative 10 min 40 mg muscle injection of phloroglucinol,control group 10 min in preoperative intramuscular injection atropine 0.5 mg. to observe the analgesic effect of two groups of patients,operation time,examinate the heart rate and discomfort,the results obtained with statistical analysis.Results：The ultrasonic liquid crystal oxygen flux preoperative application of phloroglucinol was about 3.5 min operation time shortened,analgesic effect,analgesic effectiveness 86%,no artificial abortion syndrome. Conclusion：Ultrasonic liquid crystal oxygen flux preoperative application of phloroglucinol can shorten the operation time,reduce abdominal pain,safe and effective.
