结果女性年龄≤36岁组中,AH组(孵化)与No AH组(未孵化)临床妊娠率及种植率差异不显著(AH vs No AH:57.7%vs52.1%;43.5%vs40.5%,P>0.05);女性年龄>36岁组中,AH组临床妊娠率及种植率高于No AH组,但无统计学差异(AH vs No AH:44.8%vs32.1%;32.1%vs24.5%,P>0.05)。两组中AH与ON AH流产率差异不显著。结论激光薄化法是一种安全可行的辅助孵化法,但不宜对所有的患者进行激光辅助孵化,尤其是年轻患者,可选择性对高龄妇女进行激光辅助孵化。 Objective:To investigate the influence of laser assisted hatching on pregnancy outcome in frozen-thawed blastocyst. Methods:Patients transplanting thawed blastocyst were divided into different groups according to different age and assisted hatching, comparing with the clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate and abortion rate. Results:For the patients less than 36 years old,the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of AH group and non-AH group is no difference(AH vs No AH:57.7%vs52.1%;43.5%vs40.5%,P〉0.05);For the patients more than 36 years old,the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of AH group is higher than non-AH group remarkable, but no significative difference(AH vs No AH:44.8%vs32.1%;32.1%vs24.5%,P〉0.05).The abortion rate was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion:The zona pellucida thinning is a safe and feasible method to assisted hatching, could use in elder patients selectively, but not suitable for all patients especially young women.
