摘要
介绍了一种铝合金材料零件的特形六棱柱面和特殊凸台圆柱面的数控加工过程。具体介绍了加工过程的难点分析及加工工艺过程分析,对相关零件特形面的加工方法作了探讨。
This paper introduces the NC machining process of a special shaped six prismatic cylinder and a special convex cylindrical surface of the aluminum alloy material parts. The difficulties of the process are introduced. Processing methods of related parts for special shaped surface are studied.
