摘要
立体光固化成型技术(SLA)以产品尺寸精度高、表面质量优良、能打印出结构复杂模型而广泛用于各个领域。SLA所用材料为液态光敏树脂和石蜡,其缺点是打印成本高昂,制约了该技术的广泛应用。文中从降低SLA打印成本出发,通过优化3D数学模型,采用抽壳的方式降低昂贵的实体材料用量,提高相对经济的支撑材料用量,达到降低产品成本的目的。对该分析方法进行量化分析、实验验证、对比分析,结果表明该节材方法可有效降低SLA打印成本,有益于该SLA打印技术的广泛应用。
SLA (stereo lithography Appearance) is widely applied in all kinds of fiehls because of high dimensional accuracy, surface quality,ability,printing out the complex structure model. Materials used by SLA are the liquid photosensitive resin and paraffin wax and its shortcoming is the high cost of printing,the extensive application of the technology. To reduce the SLA printing cost,this paper optimizes mathematical model of 3D,and applies the way of hollow to reduce the consumption of the expensive printing materials, meanwhile, improves the relatively cheap support material dosage. Quantitative analysis, experimental verification ,and contrast analysis of this method are carried out. Results show that saving material method can effectively reduce the SLA printing costs,which is conducive to the extensive application of SLA printing.
