摘要
基于第四届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中"S"型场地赛的相关要求,设计了空间曲柄摇杆机构来实现转向要求的无碳小车。由于竞赛中障碍物间距由抽签决定,转向机构必须具备微调功能以适应不同障碍物间距。借助于MATLAB对转向机构进行建模分析,并结合实际操作,总结出转向机构的微调规律,并在实践与比赛中得到验证。
Based on requirements of"S" type track race in the 4th national college students' engineering and comprehensive training ability eompetitinn,the paper designs a carbon-free car that has crank rocker mechanism to meet the steering requirement. Steering mechanism must have fine adjustment to adapt to different obstacles' spaeing,for the obstacles' spacing in the competition is determined by the drawing of lots. Mathematieal model of steering mechanism is analyzed in MATLAB,fine adjustment law of steering mechanism is summarized by the combination of MATLAB and actual operation. and the law is proven in practice and the competition.
