摘要
阻尼器广泛应用于压水堆核电厂核岛厂房内的设备和管道上,由于机械阻尼器存在容易卡死及液压阻尼器存在液压油与密封件老化问题,实施阻尼器的优化可以大大减少阻尼器检查、试验、维修费用,同时提高了机组运行的安全性。随着设计规范修订或升版,抗震分析方法也在不断优化,文中以主蒸汽系统(VVP)管线为分析对象,应用不同抗震分析方法,实现对现有管线上布置的阻尼器进行优化,并对计算结果进行比较分析。结果表明,采用新版USNRC管理导则RG1.61-2007方法和RCC-M规范(2007版)方法进行抗震分析,能够对现有管线上布置的阻尼器进行削减优化,优化效果显著。
The dampers are widely applied on equipments and pipelines of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. Because of the problems of stuck and aging, the measure of reducing dampers can reduce the costs of examination, test, maintenance, and increase the safety of nuclear power plant. The seismic analysis methods are optimized while the design criterions are modified. The dampers of VVP pipelines are obviously reduced by using the seismic analysis methods of RG1.61 and RCC-M.
