摘要
基于全向叉车研制,介绍了全向叉车运动原理,分析了样车噪声源及噪声产生原因,研究提出了油箱结构调整、液压泵流体脉动控制、结构声隔振、Mecanum轮调整等隔振降噪措施并完成验证,有效控制了全向叉车振动与噪声。
Based on the research of the omni-directional forklift,this paper introduces the principle of omni-directional movement, and analyzes the forklift's noises and its causes. The improved measures such as adjusting tank structure, controlling pump pulse,structure insulation,adjusting Mecanum wheels are proposed and verified. The noises & vibrations of the forklift are controlled effectively.
