621例高尿酸血症患者与血糖、血脂关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 高尿酸血症( HUA )是一种嘌呤代谢紊乱性疾病,临床上一般认为当血清尿酸水平超过20μmol/L (男性)或者360μmol/L (女性)时,即可诊断为HUA[1]。2005年国际糖尿病联盟( IDF)提出了代谢综合征( MS)全球统一的定义,其中HUA作为心血管危险因素之一纳入其中[2-3]。本研究旨在探讨HUA与血糖、血脂之间的关系。
