卫生监督档案管理研究

目的分析卫生监督档案管理现状,探讨和制定适合卫生监督这一专业档案的管理办法及归档要求,为档案管理工作提供参考与依据。方法文献分析、专家咨询、实证研究。结果研究探讨了卫生监督档案管理的基本情况,明确了档案构成的一般要求,修订了上海市卫生监督档案管理办法。结论应完善卫生监督档案相关规范,积极推动档案信息化建设,以提高卫生监督档案的利用效率和管理质量。

Objective To analyze the current situation of health inspection archives, and discuss as well as make the standards which is more suitable for health inspection archives, in order to provide reference and basis for archives digitization work. Method Document analysis, expert consultation and empirical study. Result Make the base situation clear and definite the requirement of consist of archives, revise the regulation of Shanghai health inspection archives. Conclusion The relative regulations of health inspection archives should be completed and the construct of archives informatization should be promoted positively, so that the availability and management quality of health inspection archives can be improved.
