摘要 为研究内河港区段航道通过能力,分析了内河港区段船舶流冲突特性,讨论了可接受间隙理论在内河港区段实行"分道通航"规则下应用的可能性。借鉴公路无信号交叉口通过能力计算方法,建立港区段航道通过能力模型。以单侧靠泊港区为研究对象,计算了江苏内河不同等级航道港区段通过能力,研究了直行饱和度与航道通过能力、进港通过能力,航道通过能力与进港通过能力的关系。为内河航道规划管理部门在规划设计和航道管理时考虑内河港区航道的影响提供了参考与依据。 In order to conduct a study on the passing capacity of the inland port section waterway,the character-istics of the conflict flow of the inland port section is analyzed. The feasibility of using the gap acceptance theory in the inland port section is discussed, which is regulated by the branch channel rules. Referring to the calculation methods of the passing capacity of highway unsignalized intersections,a model to calculate the passing capacity of the inland port section waterway is established. Taking the unilateral berthing port area as the research object,the passing capacities of the inland port sections in Jiangsu Province are calculated. It is also analyzed the relationship between the straight saturation and the waterway passing capacity,the relationship between the straight saturation and the port entering capacity,and the relationship between the waterway passing capacity and the port entering ca-pacity. The results of the study can provide a reference for the field of inland port waterway design and trsportation planning.
