摘要 以导热油为介质的有机热载体锅炉因其运行温度高,使用不当易发生有机热载体裂解和性能劣化、受热面结垢、过热,且较难通过宏观检验;发现常导致锅炉失效和火灾。建立了有机热载体锅炉受热面管的有限差分瞬态传热模型,研究了管壁结垢对受热面管温度分布的影响;并结合检验实例研究了红外热波无损检测技术在有机热载体锅炉检验中的应用,探索出一种有机热载体锅炉结垢检验新方法。 Heat transfer fluid as a medium of the organic heat transfer material heater serves at a high operating temperature, and the undeserved application of which would lead to failure and fire disaster of the boiler due to or- ganic heat carrier pyrolysis and deterioration, heat exchangers scaling and overheating, which are difficult to be found through macroscopic examination. Aim to explore a new test method of organic heat carrier heater scale, a fi- nite difference model for the transient heat transfer of the heating surface tube was established and the influence of the scale on its temperature distribution was discussed; then an application of the infrared thermal wave nondestruc- tive testing has been studied based on the combination of theoretical simulation and test case.
