摘要台湾方面在操作其"国际空间"议题的时候,第2758号决议一直是其攻击的主要目标,认为该决议在程序上有瑕疵,在实体内容上有对其有利的解释空间。从该决议的起草过程、决议所使用的具体措辞来看,台湾方面的立场是完全错误的。该决议的解释对大陆维护一个中国原则是有利的,是有关台湾问题的所有国际文件中大陆最应该重视的。在对该决议进行充分解释的基础上,大陆方面尤其应重视其适用问题。一旦能够把该决议充分地适用于所有与台湾"国际空间"问题有关的"场合",大陆就能在法律和政治上有效地应对相关挑战。 The General Assembly Resolution 2758 has always been the main target of Taiwan＇s attacks during the process of pursuing its ＂international space＂ in different international forums, arguing that the procedure of adopting the resolution to be defective, and the substantial content contained in it could be interpreted in its favor. Both the drafting process of the resolution and the specific selective words used in it demonstrate clearly that Taiwan＇s position is completely wrong. Among of all documents concerning Taiwan Question, Resolution 2758 is much more important for China's Mainland, and it is benefit for the mainland to maintain the One -China Principle. Once Chinese Mainland interprets it correctly, applying it in different contexts will be another important issue we should focus. Once the resolution is able to fully apply to all issues concerning Taiwan＇s ＂international space＂, Chinese Mainland will control all the risks and challenges related to it.
